WEDDING COORDINATION PACKAGE
PRIOR TO THE WEDDING DAY
• Welcome meeting to go over Aisle Planner and how we work together
• Two in person (or zoom) planning meetings
• Week of wedding recap meeting to finalize all details
• Available via phone or email for questions in between planning meetings
• Full access to Aisle Planner, which includes: a month to month check list, guest list manager, RSVP tracker, seating chart tool, and budgeting template
• Vendor recommendations that are the best in the biz with competitive pricing
• Pre-negotiated deals with select vendors
• Create a layout of the venue to ensure the space is utilized to its full potential
• Expert assistance in creating the overall look, feel and design of your wedding
• Extensive master “day of” forms will include all the moving parts, decor and timing which ensures all events will happen on schedule and that no small detail will be forgotten
WEDDING DAY
• Lead coordinator + assistant arriving at 10am on wedding day
• Decoration and styling of event space including: ceremony, head table, guest tables, guest book/gift/card table, memory display, place cards, seating chart, guest favors, dessert display, signs, bathroom supply basket, yard games, kid activities
• Corsages and boutonnieres distributed and properly attached in time for photos
• Candles will be lit or turned on by the time guests arrive
• Vendors greeted on arrival and directed where to go. Answer any questions they may have and distribute any final payments or tips due to them as needed
• Direct a day of ceremony rehearsal (normally an hour before the ceremony)
• Happily greet guests and direct them to take their seats to ensure the ceremony starts on time
• Queue the ceremony music and direct the wedding party to when its time to start processing down the aisle
• Implement the pre-planned rain back up plan if needed
• Move ceremony decor and to the reception and repurpose if possible
• Organize the moving of ceremony chairs to the reception if needed (with additional helpers provided by couple)
• Check in with caterer before asking guests to be seated for dinner service
• Help gather the wedding party / bride and groom for the grand entrance|
• Set out desserts and replenish as needed
• Move any guest tables and decor off the dance floor to make room for dancing
• Queue the start of speeches
• Gather guests to start the first dance’s, making sure all parents are present
• We are constantly advocating for the couple, making on the spot decisions and handling so many small details specific to your wedding that you will never even know about-which is exactly the way it should be
• With this package we will depart shortly after the dancing has begun
CLEAN-UP PACKAGE
• Move gifts/cards to the desired secure location
• Collect decor, carefully pack and load it into your car; this includes: ceremony, head table, guest tables, guest book, gift/card table, memory display, place cards, seating chart, guest favors, signs, bathroom supply basket, yard games, kid activities
• Clean up the dessert display (boxing up any leftovers)
• Perform bathroom checks to make sure they are clean and stocked
• Reset all guests chairs back in after dinner, keeping the space picture-perfect.
• Start the bonfire and set out s’mores supplies
• Set out any prepackaged late night snacks (or greet the pizza man)
• Coordinate sparkler send off with the wedding party and guests
• Greet the shuttle driver and confirm running times
• Blow out candles and remove linens
• With this package, we will stay until all the decor is packed up
BACKYARD PACKAGE
• Pre-wedding on-site consultation by our backyard wedding expert to talk about tent placement, ceremony options, parking, catering location, power needs.. etc to best optimize space and flow of the yard
• Assess what rental items are needed (tent, tables, chairs, linens dance floor, lighting, etc.). We work directly with the rental company to get a quote for these items. Actual cost of these items not included in the package pricing
• Communicate any changes needed with the rental company as your guest count goes up/down or additional items are needed
• We will be on site to help facilitate the tent delivery and to direct the set-up crew, making any changes needed to best fit the space
• On the same day the tent is delivered, we will pre-set and prep as much as possible for the big day (usually the Thursday or Friday before the wedding)

BACKYARD ELITE PACKAGE
The Elite package is for backyard weddings with a starting budget of $100,000
• Includes everything in our Coordination, Clean-Up, and Backyard Package
• Event space design, including overall look, florals, linens, lighting/installs
• All communication with 3 of the following vendors of your choosing (rental company is already included): Caterer, Bartender, Florist, DJ/Band, Photographer, Desserts, Restrooms
• Additional touch base meetings to review vendor selection info
• The option to have all of our meetings on-site at the location of the wedding
• Wedding day staff to include: lead coordinator, two assistant coordinators and two additional production staff
RENTAL DECOR PACKAGE
• Exclusive access to ALL of our decor. Our entire decor inventory will be reserved just for you! This allows you to mix and match decor through the planning process and not worry about availability or cost per item (includes all items listed on our website except the photo booth)
• Delivery and set-up of all our decor items
• Removal and take down of all our decor items
• Includes an additional meeting dedicated to designing your event.

A LA CART SERVICES
• Additional coordinator on the day of the wedding day (required for tent weddings over 250)
• Production Staff (tent weddings), per hour/per staff
• Venue walk-through
• Week of confirmation emails sent to all vendors
• Direct the rehearsal prior to the wedding day
• Delivery and removal of our larger rental items
